How do credits work?
Credits are a virtual balance used to unlock library documents and generate answers. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Can I get an answer in another language?
Yes. On the Get an answer page you can request a complete, written document in almost any language, in the format you choose.
Are generated documents guaranteed to be accurate?
No automated system is perfect. Always review, verify, and correctly cite any output before you rely on it or submit it, in line with your institution's academic-integrity rules.
How do I change my email, password, or profile picture?
Open Settings from your account menu. You can update your name, email, password, profile picture, and answer preferences there.
How do I delete my account or data?
Contact us at notset@studygrid.online and we will help you remove your account and associated personal information.
